  • Product Program Permission Form - Print a copy of this form for each of your Girl Scouts. Their parents/guardians need to sign before participating in the cookie program. This link includes the form in both English and Spanish. 

  • 2024 Cookie Program Kit - This guide is for Troop Product Managers, Service Unit Product Chairs, and Juliette Parent/Guardians to manage the Cookie Program. It includes important dates, deadlines and helpful information to start the program.

Ordering Cookies Section Header

  • Initial Order Estimator Tool - This spreadsheet is to help you determine the appropriate starting inventory for your troop. Please note, this is a Microsoft Excel file.

  • Cookie Inventory Management - These five steps can help you manage your troop cookie inventory down to zero!

  • Mega Drop Initial Order Pickup FAQ - All Des Moines area and Sioux City troops will be picking up their Initial Orders at a Mega Drop on Saturday, February 3. Check out this document to help make the process go smoothly.

  • Cookie Cupboard Locations and Hours - Hours are subject to change. Check Smart Cookies for the most up-to-date schedule.

    • All Super Cupboards (Ames, Council Bluffs, Des Moines, Fort Dodge, Mason City, and Sioux City) will be open on Monday, March 25, for returns as follows:

      • 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Ames, Council Bluffs, Fort Dodge, Mason City, and Sioux City

      • 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Des Moines

Paying for Cookies Section Header

  • Bad Check Form - Use this form if a check deposited into the troop or service unit bank account bounces, so the troop/service unit may receive reimbursement for the amount of the check and any fees associated. 

  • Girl Shortage Form - Use this form if a Girl Scout and her family have not paid or are unable to pay for product they have received. The deadline to submit this form is April 2, 2024

  • Payment Adjustment Form - Use this form if funds are not available to be withdrawn from a troop bank account at the time of auto-withdrawal for product. The deadlines to submit this form are February 27, 2024 (for the February 29 auto-withdrawal) and April 2, 2024 (for the April 4 final auto-withdrawal).

Booth Sales Section Header

  • Lemonade Stand Request List - A list of Council-Secured Booths available to request as Lemonade Stands. The spreadsheet notes the date/time of the last update, so please note availability is subject to change!

  • Lemonade Stand Tracking Form - Every Girl Scout who hosts five lemonade stands from February 27 to the end of the season earns a cool glitter lava lamp! Once you’ve hit 5 Lemonade Stands fill out this form with qualifications for the lamp.

  • Booth Reconciliation Worksheet - Use this worksheet to help keep your records organized!

  • Clover Go User Guide - GSGI’s Clover Go option allows troops to accept credit cards at booth sales with no cost to troops. Card payments are processed through the Clover Go app, downloaded to your phone or tablet

  • Clover Go Login Request Form - Submitting this form requests a login for Clover Go, allowing the troop to process card payments at booth sales. Troops can request up to two if needed, however, all those requesting logins must be registered as a volunteer.

  • Cookie Booth Request Template - These sample templates can be helpful when reaching out to businesses about scheduling troop booth sales or lemonade stands

  • Do Not Call List - Please reference this list when planning any Troop Secured Booths. Those listed in this document are GSGI Council-Secured Booth locations.

  • Taking Credit Cards at booths via Digital Cookie – View this step by step guide and share it widely with those parents and volunteers for use at cookie booths!

  • 2023-24 Program Credit Policy - Information on how Program Credits (Cookie Dough, Munch Money, and Juliette Program Credits) and Troop Credits can be earned and used through the Product Programs.

  • Direct to Girl Scout Reward Shipping Opt-Out - Rewards items ship directly to Girl Scouts at home in late Spring/early Summer. If direct shipping will not work (if a family is moving or unable to receive packages at their address) please fill out this form by Tuesday, April 16, to request a Girl Scout’s rewards be sent to their Troop Product Manager.
