During the Fall Product Program, Girl Scouts sell delicious nuts, candy, and magazines. This helps them to learn valuable life skills such as goal setting, people skills, and money management - while earning troop proceeds and great rewards!

Product Program Permission Form - Print a copy of this form for each of your girls. Their parents/guardians need to sign before participating in the Fall Product Program. This link includes the form in both English and Spanish.

Agreement Forms
Fill out the form specific to your role to opt-in to your role if you are serving as the Troop Product Manager (TPM), Service Unit Product Chair (SUPC), or managing your Girl Scout’s participation as a Juliette Parent/Guardian for the 2023 Fall Product Program.
2023 Fall Product Program Participation Opt-Out Form - This form is for troop volunteers to OPT-OUT of troop participation for the 2023 Fall Product Program. If a troop declines to participate, each girl will receive a letter invitation in September to participate individually.
2023 Fall Product Program Rewards Opt-Out Form - This form is for troops (all grade levels) to opt out of all rewards and Munch Money to receive an additional 2% more in troop proceeds! All troops choosing this option will need to submit this form by October 18, 2023.

Fall Product Finance Forms
Bad Check Form - Use this form if a check deposited into the troop or service unit bank account bounces, so the troop/service unit may receive reimbursement for the amount of the check and any fees associated.
Girl Shortage Form - Use this form if a Girl Scout and her family have not paid or are unable to pay for product they have received. The deadline to submit this form is November 5, 2023.
Payment Adjustment Form - Use this form if funds are not available to be withdrawn from a troop bank account at the time of auto-withdrawal for product. The deadline to submit this form is November 5, 2023.
